android sdk manager 업데이트 시도중 failed to install
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4056468/error-received-when-updating-the-sdk-with-the-sdk-manager * 주로 64bit Java 또는 eclips 에서 발생하는 문제라고 한다. * 메세지 내용이 android-sdk-windows\temp\ToolPackage.old0 와 같이 뜨면 c:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\temp 안에 있는 tools_r16-windows.zip 압축파일을 c:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\tools 에 (덮어 씌우며) 풀어주면 된다. tools 디렉토리 안의 파일들이 사용중일 수 많으므로 재부팅 후에 하든지 안전모드상에서 해야한다...
